W.E.Hill & Sons, gold and t/shell fleur de lys (W.R. Retford)

Rare "top of the range" Hill fleur de lys bow in excellent condition.

Octagonal pernambuco wood stick mounted in gold and tortoiseshell; the tortoiseshell frog with inlaid fleur de lys; the adjuster with two gold rings and pearl facets; weight = 58 grams (with whalebone lap).

Made in the Hill workshops by W.R. Retford.
