Welcome message to new readers of this website, past, present and future!

Dear Customer,

A very warm welcome to all readers of the Adam Whone web site. Adam_pic_1

You may have found this site by accident or perhaps by "Googling" Adam Whone -  or you may have received my most recent leaflet (May 2008) informing you of the site and the fact that from now on I will no longer be sending out the Adam Whone newsletter. Whichever way you came here, I am delighted to "meet" you and hope that you enjoy your visit.

In order to do my bit for the planet and be more efficient in the modern "computer age", I decided to put a stop to the newsletter I had previously used to keep in touch with customers. I know that perhaps not everyone has access to a computer but I hope that my reasons for not continuing in the old way will be understood. It may even allow some extra time in the workshop, which is never a bad thing! I do hope that you will find the site interesting and informative and that you might occasionaly have time to take a browse.

Although I am still able to take on some customer work, the main emphasis of my current business is the sale of excellent violins, violas, cellos and bows at competitive prices and in good condition, accompanied by solid expertise and many years of experience in the trade. Please feel free to view the "Instruments for Sale" section of the site to see what instruments/bows are currently available, should you be looking to find a new one. However, it is also worth a phone call (or email) if you don't see what you want, as not everything can be shown on the site all of the time - there are usually many more items available. Alternatively, if you are considering selling an instrument or bow I will be very happy to discuss this with you too.

If you have any comments or feedback I would also be very happy to hear from you - meanwhile I look forward very much to being of service in any way I can.

With kind regards,

Adam Whone

NB   Please note that due to a printing error, my address on the letter accompanying the recent leaflet sent to customers is incorrect.  It should read  86 MILL HILL ROAD   (and not simply 86 MILL HILL). I apologise for this oversight.
